We went to a wedding this weekend which required 5 hours in the car each way, so what's a girl to do? Knit of course! I started the February Lady Sweater. I'm using some yarn I picked up while on vacation. I love, love, love the color!

ReplyDeleteMan...if only I could use my sewing machine in the car! I really need some kind of handwork I could do (we've been driving back and forth to my parents' house 6 hours away) but I tend to do EVERYTHING by machine.

Oh, that is a a gorgeous color! (I get too carsick for anything but stockinette in the round... but have spent the summer in the car. So all I have to show for it is four half-knitted sweaters - two of which are too large - awaiting top halves when I have time to sit deal with a real pattern. My hopes aren't high...)
